Jakarta, November 19, 2025 – PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) once again achieved a proud achievement by winning third place in the Regionally-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) category in the 2025 Jakarta Provincial Procurement of Goods and Services (P3DN) Appreciation event. This award demonstrates Jakpro's commitment to supporting the Increased Use of Domestic Products (P3DN) program and realizing transparent, efficient, and sustainability-oriented procurement governance.
Jakarta Deputy Governor Rano Karno opened the 2025 Increased Use of Domestic Products (P3DN) Appreciation event at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Kemayoran, Tuesday (11/18). In his remarks, Rano emphasized that the P3DN program is a strategic step to promote Jakarta's economic independence while strengthening national economic resilience.
"The P3DN program plays a crucial role in maintaining the strength of the national economy. By prioritizing domestic products, we maintain stable domestic demand and reduce dependence on imports," said Deputy Governor Rano.
Rano added that, although the global economy remains clouded by uncertainty due to geopolitical conflicts and rising energy prices, Jakarta continues to demonstrate strong economic resilience. Statistics Indonesia (BPS) data recorded national economic growth reaching 5.04 percent year-on-year (yoy) in the third quarter of 2025, while Jakarta's growth reached 4.96 percent, supported by the trade, transportation, and manufacturing sectors.
"This condition indicates that public purchasing power remains strong and the use of domestic products is increasing. Therefore, the Jakarta Provincial Government continues to strengthen the industrial, trade, and MSME sectors as part of Jakarta's transformation into a national economic center and a competitive global city," he said.
The event, held in Jakarta, was attended by PT Jakpro's Finance Director, Mr. Solihin, and PT Jakpro's Vice President of Procurement, Mr. Rizal Zainuddin Chaniago. The presence of the management team demonstrated the company's commitment to implementing government policies to strengthen the national economy through the use of local products.
"This award is the result of the hard work of the entire team. We not only focused on efficiency but also ensured that every procurement process supported domestic products. This is a strategic step to strengthen Jakarta's economic resilience amidst global challenges," said Rizal Zainuddin Chaniago.
The P3DN program, initiated by the Jakarta Provincial Government, aims to encourage regionally-owned enterprises (BUMD) and government agencies to prioritize local products in the procurement of goods and services. PT Jakpro has distinguished itself thanks to its implementation of innovative, transparent, and regulatory-compliant procurement strategies, enabling it to compete and achieve a top-three position among other BUMDs.
PT Jakpro's Finance Director, Mr. Solihin, added that this success is due to the synergy of the entire team and the support of stakeholders. "We will continue to improve the quality of procurement to provide added value to the community and support Jakarta's vision as a resilient and competitive city," he said.
With this achievement, PT Jakpro further strengthens its position as a BUMD committed to good governance, innovation, and a preference for domestic products. This achievement is expected to inspire other companies to support the P3DN program for national economic independence.
